The scope of services is defined in individual contracts or proposals provided to each client.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information required for the delivery of services.
Make timely payments as agreed.
Comply with applicable laws, including intellectual property rights.
4. Payments & Fees
All fees for services are outlined in individual agreements.
Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule (one-off, monthly, or otherwise).
Late payments may incur additional charges.
Tnexus Ltd reserves the right to suspend services for unpaid invoices.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, designs, software, and content created by Tnexus Ltd remain the intellectual property of Tnexus Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive a license to use such materials for their own business purposes.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tnexus Ltd is not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loss of profits, business, or data arising from the use of our Services.
Delays or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, subject to any contractual obligations. Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
